Can I use the product if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We recommend seeking advice from your Doctor or GP prior to using this product if pregnant, as our product includes essential oils.

Is the oil safe to use if you have nut allergies?

Our formula does not contain any nut based oils, however we advise you to seek medical advice from your GP prior to patch testing if you have nut allergies.

Is this hair oil suitable for all hair types?

Yes, our hair oil is formulated to benefit all hair types, including oily, dry, and normal hair.

How often should I use the hair oil?

We recommend using the hair oil 2-3 times a week for best results, but you can adjust based on your hair's needs.

Are you product safe for coloured/dyed hair?

Yes, our hair oil is safe for colour-treated hair and can help maintain the health and shine of your coloured locks.

Can I use the product on children?

Although our product is 100% natural, it’s always best to consult with a paediatrician or doctor before using any hair or cosmetic product on children.

Is your product 100% vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, our hair oil is cruelty-free and does not contain any animal-derived ingredients.

Has Foli Restorative Hair Oil been cosmetically tested?

This product is safe for use and complies with EC Regulation 1223/2009.

Will this hair oil help reduce hair fall?

Our hair oil is designed to strengthen hair follicles from the root and protect the hair shaft, which in turn can reduce hair fall with regular use.

Is there any synthetic fragrance in your product?

No, our product is 100% synthetic fragrance-free and only contains fragrance which naturally occur from our essential and herbal oils, giving the oil a herbal scent.

What is the shelf life?

6 months.

How do I use the hair oil?

Apply a small amount to your scalp and hair, massage gently, and leave it on for a few hours or overnight before washing. Please see our step by step guide here on how to apply hair oil.

Does the hair oil have a strong scent?

Our hair oil has a pleasant and mild herbal fragrance that won't overpower your senses.

How long does it take to see results from using the hair oil?

Results may vary, but many users notice improvements in their hair's condition within a few weeks of regular use.

Order Information

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of Foli Hair Care products, and we make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at team@folihaircare.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and any photos, and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. If you would like to proceed with a return, kindly contact us via team@folihaircare.com, with your order number/proof of purchase and reason for return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt of return to our HQ. We will issue a refund once the item has been received by our HQ.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:


• Cancelling the order
• Amending the order
• Delivery/billing address
• Adding/removing items to your order
• Shipping method

What should I do if my shipment has arrived damaged?

Please kindly contact us via team@folihaircare.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with supporting photos of the damaged item(s). Following investigation, Foli Hair Care will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Can you replace my item?

Foli Hair Care will only accept replacements if the item you have received has arrived damaged or defective. If you need a replacement item, kindly send us an email at folihaircare@gmail.com, with reason for replacement and any supporting photos. We will investigate the matter and do our utmost best to provide a replacement. Our returns/replacement policy is 7 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement after 7 days.We are unable to reimburse any postage costs. Foli Hair Care will provide updates on the status of any replacement items, however delivery times may vary dependant on location. Foli Hair Care cannot guarantee that returned items will be received, so please kindly obtain proof of delivery. We advice tracked shipping where necessary.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently we only ship to the UK, but are looking to expand, so please be sure to sign up for our newsletter to keep updated on our products and news!

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will provide you with tracking updates once the item has been shipped.

How much is delivery?

Delivery cost is £3.19 for standard orders and £4.99 for large package items / orders above quantity of 4.

What is standard shipping?

Shipping to most areas within the UK - 3-5 business days
Offshore locations - 5-7 business days

All of our orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched the next working day. We post Monday- Friday, other than on Bank Holiday’s and weekends. Orders within the UK are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.
