Shipping to most areas within the UK - 3-5 business days
Offshore locations - 5-7 business days

All orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched the next working day. We post Monday-Friday, other than on Bank Holiday’s and weekends. Orders within the UK are sent out by Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase of Foli Hair Care products, and we make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at team@folihaircare.com within 7 days of receipt, including your order number and any photos, and we will do our very best to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

If you would like to proceed with a return, kindly contact us via team@folihaircare.comwith your order number/proof of purchase and reason for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt of return to our HQ. We will issue a refund once the item has been received by our HQ.

Damaged Items

If you happen to accept an order that has been damaged in any way, please kindly contact us via team@folihaircare.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number along with supporting photos of the damaged item(s). Following investigation, Foli Hair Care will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Replacements

Foli Hair Care will only accept replacements if the item you have received has arrived damaged or defective. If you need a replacement item, kindly send us an email at team@folihaircare.comwith reason for replacement and any supporting photos. We will investigate the matter and do our utmost best to provide a replacement. Our returns/replacement policy is 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or replacement after 7 days.

Foli Hair Care are unable to reimburse any postage costs. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received, so please kindly obtain proof of postage. We advise tracked shipping where necessary.

Foli Hair Care will provide updates on the status of any replacement items, however delivery times may vary dependant on location.
